STAY WELL

  • We all must be healthy for humanity on Earth to reach another planet on a multiyear expedition far from Earth and our conventional health care.
  • We will need to be physically fit to overcome any challenges or tasks.
  • We will need to be able to deal with stress, loneliness, and isolation. Good physical and mental health and fitness all start with good habits now.

You will be exposed to a series of opportunities to assess yourself, teach yourself core fitness, nutrition, mental health, and safety street smarts lessons.  As you develop good habits to stay well, you will also learn to how to plan for a prolonged adventure in good health.
