I am getting so much better. Now walking with a stick versus needing the chair or the walker. The body heals itself but it is even better when your spouse, kids, and grandchildren are part of your life. They give you something to live for and also create activities that don’t feel like rehab but advance your health and capabilities.

As much as I love working on this Force for Health Network, the doctor in me knows it’s so important to push back and take time to relax and get some exercise. Today I went to a park near me and found they did a great job adding some fitness gear and a QR code for learning how to use it. Great job @State College PA! What’s new in your town?
