Let’s face it…managing the health needs of an entire family can be overwhelming and every member should really play their role. This is why we created My FIT Family Force for Moms, Dads, teens and seniors to team up and compete in the Reality Health Games.

Advance the DREAM is community initiative where we celebrate legacy makers and family heroes who are actively Advancing the Dream in the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
We talk about health, challenges, highlights and heroes in an intergenerational and multicultural fashion to help his legacy of hope, duty and equality live on.
