My Healthy Awesome School
Why I am a Force for Health® Member...

I am an essential worker and the Force for Health celebrates and supports that. I am a Force for Health because my health is paramount. I also help run the front office, which can be very stressful. It’s great to know our school has resources like this that we can refer our students and their families towards, while I try to stay well, and make sure my family experience is not disrupted.
How I use the Force for Health Network Tools

I use the Workplace Wellness for me and the free Basics for the rest of my family.

At school, my student family is also doing a Force for Health Challenge once a week to be able to explore their health maintenance and personalized health literacy learning.

I use the FFH GO academic challengeswith my own family, since we can get points for visiting important points of interest in my own community, while earning points for our school, as well.

For those that need or desire leadership or remedial projects, I encourage them to join a STEAM Team, especially over the summer months.
