My Healthy Awesome School
Why I am a Force for Health® Member...

We are in a pandemic of mental health issues, in part from situations we are all in today. I am a Force for Health to help be part of the solution, but more importantly, to help recruit students, parents, and staff to be part of the team with me.

How I use the Force for Health Network Tools

We work to create a healthy community in and out of school.

I use the Resilience Course as a place where people work to plan to understand, expect, and deal with adversity when it happens. It also helps them find people in distress and get them referred for help.

I also strongly advance the use of FFH GO in towns to get people out of the house and social and moving again. All are mental health promotional.

For some of my clients, I use the Virtual Wellness Club feature extensively with workouts, meditation, and relaxation for my clients and then virtual private coaching communications with them.
