My Name is George Browne a Sierra Leonean,The Executive Director Of Jociana’s Foundation NGO base in waterloo the western Rural District of Sierra Leone, I am a committed hard working man, I can adapt to work as an individual and also with a team with an excellent writing and communication skill. I have serve as community development worker for a couple of years with different International NGOs Like Brac Sierra Leone, WFP, and Childfund Sierra Leone. I have the ability to work under pressure and extra hours when necessary. As a community development worker I have the ability to work with people on different ethnic background and live in any rural community.I’m a Bachelor Degree owner of Development Study at UNIMTECH University Lunsar Solomon campus also a graduate of Milton Margai College of Education and Technology (MMCET) Goderich Campus and a professional certificates in SILICONPRO Computer Institute, Wilkinson Road Freetown graduated with IC3, A+AND N+
in Computer Hardware and Networking Engineering I am a young, dynamic self-motivated person with good communication skills in addition are the following:

FFH is a staunch believer in a very strong and efficient service delivery in the fields of health, education and environment. For this purpose, FFH management has always delivered services in the communities in a transparent manner taking care of quantity and quality. It is only because of this very reason that the FFH interventions have always helped in meeting the community needs and achieving the desired objectives.
This thematic area entails following important features for development:
Establishment of community health centers at remote areas where people don’t have access to the health facilities.
Develop awareness campaigns for HIV prevention, reproductive health; life skills based education and sexual rights.
Develop immunization programs for venereal diseases and epidemics.
Organizing events for public health along with government.
