Welcome students, to our seventeenth session exploring the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals!

Our focus today will be on goal number seventeen, Partnerships for the Goals.

This goal seeks to strengthen global partnerships for sustainable development by mobilizing and focusing resources from all sources, including governments, international organizations, civil society and the private sector

. We’ll explore how countries are establishing mutual accountability frameworks to create effective public-private partnerships. We’ll also look into how these partnerships can be utilized to develop innovative solutions that address poverty, inequality and climate change.

It’s important to note that achieving the sustainable development goals requires collaboration and partnerships across all sectors, so it’s important to work with different organizations, government and private sectors and individuals to achieve these global goals.
