LEARN It! Challenge 1 of 3
In Progress

Pick one S.M.A.R.T. Goal to Start

Think about this goal and make it work for you. The more specific it is, the easier it will be to plan your actions, track your progress, and celebrate your success.

With your goal, make sure you are picking one that meet these characteristics.

S. Specific outcomes

M. Measurable actions

A. Achievable or doable actions

R. Relavant

T. Timely, so you have a start and stop date. To get into a good habit, make it a one month goal and reassess on your progress weekly.

Here is a tool to help you. In the materials tab just above the video, you can access it and fill it out or download it to print, and re-upload if you wish.

Don’t forget you also have the “Take Notes” box to the bottom right, that will guide you to a goal, and then is a place you can add your progress and your reflections on your challenges and progress.

At the top of the page is the Toolkit tab with access to a variety of Trackers you can use.

Good luck and try to stay focused on the goal for a month, then reassess, maintain this one and add another.

Here is a great tool to help you capture and track your goals.  Fill it out, then make sure to download from the top right corner option to download.  If you want to download a black version, download as is.  If you want to type is your responses and then download, choose the option with Filled Responses.

Another approach is to use the TAKE NOTES black box on most screens.  From this lesson, it will help you make your S.M.A.R.T. goal, and then you can use the Trackers, or make more notes in the future to track your progress and reflect on your challenges and successes.
