My Healthy Awesome School
Why I am a Force for Health® Member...

My students are spending half of their awake hours in my building. I am a FFH because I need these tools to help me make this kind, welcoming, and healthy enclave for my students and staff.
How I use the Force for Health Network Tools

Our entire school focuses on the Basics…their own wellness plan.

The Resilience module is great for anxiety control and mental health

We are putting a COVID Force in place to address a very real issue at hand that gives them a sense of empowerment from owning their actions towards this issue that is affecting everybody,

Many become Ambassadors and use the Virtual Wellness tools for relaxation and awareness to be part of the care team to self refer or refer a colleague that is struggling.
