Welcome students, to our tenth session exploring the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals! Our focus today will be on goal number ten, Reduced Inequalities. This goal strives to reduce inequality within and between countries by empowering individuals and communities with equal access to opportunities and resources. We’ll investigate what it looks like when greater equality exists in society, how economic policies can reduce disparities between populations, and ways that we can promote inclusion and diversity everywhere. By raising awareness of inequalities and learning together, we can help create a more just world where everyone is able to reach their full potential without fear or discrimination.

We all share the same world. Look out for how you can help each other sustain it.

How can we equalize opportunities and access and be a force for health for others locally and globally.

  • Support local organizations that work to reduce income and wealth inequality in your community.
  • Organize a workshop or event to raise awareness about the issue of inequality in your community.
  • Start a microfinance or crowdfunding platform to support small businesses and entrepreneurs from low-income communities.
