Force for Health® SmartChamber Member
The Issue
The Force for Health® SMARTChamber Community System is designed
to help community leaders better reach and support happier and healthier citizens,
while connecting with other peer communities looking to do the same.
We are inviting 10 counties across the country to engage with a
phase 1 activation to join as a foundational leader.
Live Dates – October 2019 through July 30, 2020

The Problem:
The healthfulness of any given community is largely dictated by their current status of the social determinants of health factors and health literacy levels, and how they respond and react to certain disparities and inequities and access points.

Government agency leaders are actively seeking innovative, cost efficient, and data rich solutions to better impact these SDoH and support happier and healthier citizens, but are
Unhealthy and unengaged citizens are expensive and potentially dangerous to themselves and possibly others.
The Solution:
Force for Health® Chamber of Health Network Member Communities will receive:
Custom Community Website, App and Membership Portal includes:
- Directory
- Calendar
- AI and Virtual Communications Director, which includes:
- Daily Enews plus Social Media post
- Weekly Newsletters
- AutoDrip Campaigns
- Bi-Annual eMagazine
Access to Quarterly Leadership Webinars
The program provides technology, content, program support and marketing tools to help support, coordinate, and advance the existing programs in Huntingdon County.
The current goals are to eventually “touch” members of the community at least monthly, with support for issues such as access to health care, wellness maintenance, addiction avoidance and treatment, and creating a pipeline to professionals beginning with individual health literacy and creating community health worker network across the county.
The technology and content tools include:
Force for Health Community Portal
Online Directory of all organizations and groups by services
Marketing tools for the organization
Shared calendar and directory for event planning
Force for Health Academy
Provides an online university for the community to take courses, receive personalized instruction and create their own courses
Editing of material presented to ensure validated or evidence based content
Force for Health Clubs
Support to set up and mentor schools, churches, prison, parks, and workplace groups that become ambassadors to advance health for themselves and their peers and neighborhood
Force for Health Engagement Apps
HealthForce app and augmented reality posters
Healthethon app for learning and walking competitions and incentives
