National Youth Sports Week
This year from July 20 to 24, the National Council on Youth Sports sponsors National Youth Sports Week. It’s the perfect time to share our National Youth Sports Strategy, which aims to unite U.S. youth sports culture around a shared vision: that one day, all youth will have the opportunity, motivation, and access to play sports — regardless of their race, ethnicity, sex, ability, or ZIP code.
You can also share our Move Your Way resources for parents to help them get their kids active!
And for information about how to safely participate in sports during COVID-19, be sure to check out the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Considerations for Youth Sports guidelines.
