Basic Fitness Exercises

Find activities you enjoy.  These are the ones to start with. 
Walking is idea. 

Park further away than you need to to build steps into your day.  Find a child or senior and invite to take a walk. 

Take the stairs instead of the elevator. 

Ask a friend to join you and walk your errands, versus driving if possible. 

Later, you will have access to the Virtual Gym as an Ambassador.
