In the process of completing the Resilience course, you will realize that you are introduced to several techniques and terms that are part of something called psychological First Aid or PFA.
You may wish to become skilled in this area. We are offering this introductory lesson and set of topics and skills lab suggestions for you to consider as your way of being there to help others. See the course in Basics called Psychological First Aid Basics. It is an introductory course only but will help you get started with being aware, caring for, and referring someone for help. It will introduce these topics.
