Data Deletion Process

  2. Processing Timeline:
    • Verified data deletion requests will be processed within 30 calendar days. If technical or regulatory constraints cause delays, we will notify you.
  3. Limitations:
    • Certain data may be retained for regulatory or business purposes, such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or as required by law.
    • Anonymized data used for statistical or research purposes and not linked to any individual cannot be deleted.

Third-Party Platforms & Social Login

If you used a third-party service (e.g., Facebook, Google) to create your account through social login:

  • Deleting your account with The Force for Health Network will not delete data stored with the third-party provider.
  • We recommend visiting their respective platforms to manage your data stored with them (Facebook Privacy PolicyGoogle Privacy Policy).

Backup Retention

Some data may remain in backup archives for up to 90 days following account deletion. This backup data will be securely retained and automatically deleted at the end of the backup lifecycle.
