Passman, director of the occupational and environmental health office of force safety and occupational health for the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, shares some observations as part of the wrap-up session for the fourth annual Department of Defense Blast Summit, held at the River’s Edge Community Center at Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads-Portsmouth Annex, Virginia, July 16-18.
