Why I am a Force for Health® Member...

I wanted to be apart of something that is doing something to change the way we can live, as we know it. I want to saw people how easy it really is being healthy, and staying active even with the busy lives we live!

My inspiration

I could name off a few different people that inspire me. But one that really comes to mind in particular is a trainer I had a year ago at my gym, Orange Theory. During my workouts with her she would always talk about mindset and how it is all in your head, and once you push through the thoughts and get past your mind tiring to get you down and make you feel weak that your stronger than that. That has stuck with me forever. Everything is a mental challenge. You can do anything you want it you really put your mind too it.

What would you like people to know about your community?

I love strong, caring, compassionate people. People that have each others’ backs!
