National Glaucoma Awareness Month
Each January, the National Eye Institute (NEI) sponsors National Glaucoma Awareness Month. Use NEI’s glaucoma resources for health educators
to spread the word about glaucoma, the leading cause of vision loss and blindness in the United States. You can also share this feature on glaucoma and vision loss
from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). And don’t forget to track on the Healthy People 2030 objective to reduce vision loss from glaucoma.
