#MyShareItTip – How to Add an Activity in the Force for Health Virtual Gym

My name is Micah and I attended the 2020 You DO Matter Virtual STEAM² Camp and learned about different type of tools and technologies that can help us all learn about our bodies, why we should exercise and why the food that you eat matters.

As a STEAM² Team member, we were asked to preview the Force for Health Virtual Gym. I learned about the different aspects of the program and decided to share why. I learned with my team, so I created this video to help everybody know how to add their own activities.
