• Well, it is a new year. It’s time to measure where you are at, think about where you want to be, and set a goal and plan to help you get there. I like using the weight tracker and using the FFH GO app to track my steps. I am trying to loose 2 pounds a month for the next 5 months. My goal is to burn some extra calories and walk at least 5000 steps a day. So far so good.
