The Force for Health® Pre-Apprenticeship Program is designed to spark awareness, build interest, and create real opportunities for students, families, and community leaders eager to explore healthcare careers. This program bridges classroom learning with hands-on experiences that prepare participants for success in registered apprenticeships, higher education, and the healthcare workforce.

We help participants Learn It, Live It, and Share It—through immersive learning modules, career exploration challenges, and guided mentorship. Families and educators gain access to easy-to-implement tools aligned with Arizona’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Health Science Standards, ensuring relevance from classroom to career.
