Welcome to the 360 SCD Hub Ambassador’s Team, where we support, train and encourage members and leaders to:
- Focus on their own health literacy with challenges, tools and support
- Help SCD Families get connected to the 360* SCD Hub app by getting trained to do so
- Become a Certified Community Ambassador for the Sickle Cell Foundation of Arizona and the Force for Health® Network
Are you ready to start helping families, while protecting the gift of wellbeing for yourself, too?
This is a club helps supports Sickle Cell Foundation of Arizona, with 50% net proceeds to benefit their mission of education and support for families, caregivers and patients with long, term pediatric care needs.
This club is powered by the Force for Health® Network and includes:
- Unlimited Access to 360° Force for Health Academy and App
- 12 Month access to the Force for Health® 360° Ambassadors Club and Virtual Wellness Platform
- Eligible for 360° Ambassador prizes and recognition at annual Reality Health Games recap and celebration in May.
We will be kicking off mid January, then will meet once a month through April for an hour online and will have challenges in between, so if you care about helping our team of caring athletes and advicates, we encourage you to join today.
