I’m an MBA student at International Business University with over 10 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst. My background has equipped me with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and through my MBA I’m building expertise in global business strategy. As a fitness coach, I joined Force for Health® to gain knowledge and resources that will help me better support my clients. My goal is to guide them in making sustainable lifestyle changes, provide effective nutrition advice, and keep them accountable on their health journey.

How I use the Force for Health Network Tools

I use the Force for Health® Network tools to access reliable health resources, track progress, and stay organized in guiding my clients. These tools help me provide structured support, from nutrition advice to lifestyle changes, while also keeping clients accountable. At the same time, they make it easier for me to keep learning and applying new strategies in my own daily routine.

My inspiration

I’m inspired by people whom I meet every day who embrace change fearlessly. Whether it’s shifting careers, starting over, or pursuing something new, their courage motivates me to keep challenging myself and not be afraid of stepping out of my comfort zone.

At times, it can also be challenging to simplify health and fitness concepts so they’re easy for everyone to understand and apply in daily life.

For me, this highlights the responsibility to make health and wellness more inclusive and accessible. Advancing the DREAM means using my role as a coach to empower people with knowledge, encouragement, and opportunities to take control of their health—regardless of their background. By helping remove barriers and building a supportive community, I can contribute to a future where everyone has a fair chance to live a healthy life.
