Why I am a Force for Health Member	I join this role with the goal of empowering individuals and sharing health knowledge in order to promote both well-being and positive health outcomes through peer teamwork.
How I use the Force for Health Network Tools	I use network tools to track my progress, obtain health information, and connect with professionals to make my healthcare journey easier.
My inspiration	My inspiration comes from people that promote health and resilience through devoted and constructive acts with extraordinary results.

What would you like people to know about your community?	My virtual presence enables me to communicate with folks from all around the world. My community is made up of people who want to learn and grow while receiving support.

Some of the factors that have been challenging for me have been...	Experiences that offered obstacles included managing my time as well as keeping consistency and motivation levels, but I continue to find solutions for each.
It's important for me to be part of my community's health because...	Community members who promote one’s health create stronger ties among people, resulting in improved well-being for all.
Some of the strength of my community health factors are:	My community shows excellence by sharing resources, promoting healthy lifestyle practices, and providing mutual support to its members. The community shows excellence in maintaining unity by promoting wellbeing for its members.
Some of the challenges in my community regarding certain health factors are:	My community’s health issues arise from limited healthcare access, a lack of understanding about illness prevention, and unequal medical treatment.
I believe I can help improve my community's health by...	I can help improve community health by sharing knowledge, promoting healthy habits, and working on resource availability.

Advancing the DREAM - What it means to me	In order to improve healthcare, it is necessary to support equality and awareness efforts that seek to provide all populations with fair access to high-quality medical treatment, particularly underserved populations that wish to honor Dr. King’s legacy.
My Action Pledge to Advance the DREAM?	In order to help my entire community get better health outcomes by 2025, I promise to focus my efforts on educating people about healthcare disparities and supporting programs that increase access to resources.
