Why I am a Force for Health Member

I am an ambassador of the FFHN. My goals for joining this program is to help me improve my life and the lives of people around me. I hope to learn more about nutrition and just healthy habits in general to improve my current lifestyle.

How I use the Force for Health Network Tools

I will be using the Force for Health Network Tools to help improve my diet. Nutrition and diet are one of the most important factors in feeling good about myself and having more energy throughout the day. Therefore, I will be using the FFHN to navigate how to track my workouts and eat better.

My inspiration

My parents inspire me because they are immigrated to the United States and left behind their families and everything else. My dad worked many jobs while paying his way through graduate school so his family could have a better life. My mother had to leave her family behind and start over in a new country. They sacrificed a lot for me to have the life I currently have so I will forever be grateful for them.
