Why I am a Force for Health Member	I am working on a project in my MGMT 480 class with David Lenze at Penn State University on how to expand Force for Health on college campuses and market it to the right audience.
How I use the Force for Health Network Tools	Tracks my exercise and wellness.
My inspiration	My Mom is my role model and inspires me to be the best I can be.

Some of the strength of my community health factors are:	Supportive of each other and guide each other to success
Some of the challenges in my community regarding certain health factors are:	Nutrition – it is hard as a college student to eat healthy Consistency in exercise – as a student it is also hard to find time each day to exercise
I believe I can help improve my community's health by...	Being supportive of my peers and guiding them in the right direction

This means advocating for policies that address disparities, volunteering in community programs, and promoting awareness about the ongoing need for equity.
