I am  a Christian.  I sing in my church choir.  I am a wife, mother and teacher.

I joined this group because I was interested in some of the programs you have.  I am in the Legacy class.
How I use the Force for Health Network Tools

I haven’t used any of the products.  My first assignment is with leaving a legacy class.
My inspiration

I am inspired by several people.  My mom is an inspiration to me.  She is a strong, christian women.  She raised 4 children on her own and worked hard until she retired.  My sons inspire me.  They are strong, intelligent  young men.  They never give up.

What would you like people to know about your community?

I live in a small community located between two major cities.  It is growing extremely fast.  It is located near a beach and has lots of walking trails.

Some of the factors that have been challenging for me have been...

I have been challenged with weight most of my adult life.  I have been on journeys that have guided me in being successful with controlling my weight.  I get close to my goal; then stop making good habits concerning my health. Controlling High Blood Pressure is a challenge as well.
