Bio and Background	My name is Jared Cisneros Duran. I live in Strasburg CO a very rural town where people don’t really know each other and I am taking online classes to work for an associate’s in construction management. I am the son of 2 Mexican immigrants who came to build a life in the United States and I love to do anything outdoorsy but also love playing videogames at home!
Why I am a Force for Health Member	My role in the force for health is to be of assistance with quality control as well as soon to be developing a game that will bring awareness to a specific health related subject.
How I use the Force for Health Network Tools	I use the Force for health network to make research on medical topics as well as to inform myself on various subjects involving self-care.
My inspiration	My father inspires me because he is a strong figure in my life who had to build everything he has from the ground up with only the help of my mom!
Location	I am based in Strasburg Colorado, however my comminity consists of all of the surrounding small towns that reside in this rural area.
What would you like people to know about your community?	We are a very rural community who don’t really have the chance to talk with each other and are very sparsely spread around most of the time you can go the whole day only talking with your family and most of the time you only see people when you go out to buy groceries.

Some of the factors that have been challenging for me have been...	Loosing weight and maintaining a diet.
It's important for me to be part of my community's health because...	Its a very Rural community with little to no interaction between people so its important to maintain yourself because there’s no one to help you
Some of the strength of my community health factors are:	Not many fast or processed foods are available, a lot of home cooked foods are present.
Some of the challenges in my community regarding certain health factors are:	Maintaining a healthy diet since people eat a lot.
I believe I can help improve my community's health by...	having more awareness of health issues that may go undiagnosed until they become too critical.
Does your Community have what it takes to be a best in class model for collaborative, healthy communities? Why or why not?	No, our community is very sparce and collaborations are usually between 1 or 2 neighbors and family they can have the potentiall to be very healthy with the availability to home cooked and grown produce.

Advancing the DREAM - What it means to me	The Injustices in Health care make it to where any potential injury will result in thousands of dollars in payment, as like a lot of people are uninsured and unable to afford any type of medial treatment. Me Personally I think that any readily available and affordable medical care is a crucial step towards equality and equity for all!
My Action Pledge to Advance the DREAM?	One thing I want to focus on is to bring awareness to the construction industry with safety and health hazards that are usually ignored on site.
