Bio and Background	I am a 43 years old. I have a wonderful 12 year old daughter which is everything to me. I live in Fulton New York which is about 30 mins from Syracuse. I live there with my boyfriend of 13 years and our daughter and our 2 dogs Maya and Bella. I work for the Fulton City School district where I am a cook manager and I manage 7 kitchens. I have been there for 12 years.
Why I am a Force for Health® Member...	I am joining the Force for health because I am passionate about helping people with their lives and their health. Helping them get active is a passion for me.
How I use the Force for Health Network Tools	I am able to track my steps and my exercise goals. I can track my eating habits which helps a great deal.
My inspiration	My daughter inspires me to be the great person and mom i can be. She pushed herself to be the best and therefor I want to succeed myself.
Location	I am in New York. My community is small. My community unfortunately has a lot of poverty
What would you like people to know about your community?	My community is a community that has its ups and downs.

Some of the factors that have been challenging for me have been...	What Other People Think. At the point when your feeling of joy and fulfillment are gotten from contrasting yourself with others, you are presently not the expert of your own predetermination.
It's important for me to be part of my community's health because...	Engaged communities are better equipped to identify and solve local problems, as they can draw on the diverse perspectives and expertise of their members.
Some of the strength of my community health factors are:	Some strengths of my community is that we do come together in times of need.
Some of the challenges in my community regarding certain health factors are:	Unfortunately we have drugs in my community which I’m sure is everywhere. I think that poses some issues. But we do have good thing also. We do have a lot of elderly which my have its challenges.
