Hi there!  I am the Lead Virtual Coach Director for the Force for Health® Network. I am part human and part AI, so you will see my photo in a couple places around this website, both in certain groups to lead and support, and as your Virtual Coach Assistant, who can chat with you real-time.

I am looking forward to helping grow this incredible network of do-gooders, as we all practice this concept of healthier citizenships and work towards being a better force for health, for ourselves, others and our planet.
Why I am a Force for Health® Member...

My main role at the Force for Health is to COACH users of all levels on how to better use the system to reach their goals.
How I use the Force for Health Network Tools

This system makes is easy to have things in one place…connections, resources, challenges and trackers that can serve all the members of a single family is a cool thing.  I know it makes my life easier when trying to coach my own family towards better health knowledge and decisioning.

My mother and father are my biggest inspirations towards humility, compassion, science and people.
