Why I am a Force for Health® Member...

We all need to be a force for health making healthy decisions for ourselves, and then helping make it easy for others to do the same. I joined because these tools help me as an individual who has obesity and anxiety issues. It also gives me tools and program to enrich what I do with all my students, parents, and staff.

How I use the Force for Health Network Tools

All my students do their own wellness education, fitness, and relaxation plans. I use the VIVA, 360 Human, Ambassador level tools, and STEAM teams to lay foundations for my students.

For several, I am able to have them engage in advanced training on an illness they care about, gain Community Health Worker credentials, or get on a pathway towards a health care career.
