Many people ask, how do I get or stay healthy. I like to simplify it to one question to ask in the moment.
“Of all my options right now, what is the healthiest or safest one possible?”
Some examples include:
- “Eat the apple or the donut?”
- “Walk three blocks or drive?”
- “Take the elevator or to the steps?”
Choose the healthy option and over time, your body will stay healthier.
This is a great time to start this habit.
