This document is one of the reports of the World Trade Center Registry to guide doctors and patients.  This document is an outgrowth in part of our work and the beginning database we started building and handed over.  Now the effort is funded by billions of dollars for the ongoing study and support of the rescue workers, construction workers and residents.
