Bio and Background	My name is Bessie Williams, I am originally from a small town called Two Egg,Fl. but now resides in another small town called Gretna,Fl. where I have been a resident for over 70 years.
Why I am a Force for Health Member	I’m a member of force for health and the reason for joining this network is to better understand the functions of the human body as it relates to the functions of the computer and technology.
How I use the Force for Health Network Tools	The force tools help guide me through the processes of the app.
My inspiration	I am inspired by my baby daughter, Linda because of her genuine care and concern for others, especially am inspired by the way she provides support and supervision of my grandson and her son, who is physically challenged by birth! I am super duper proud of her and she’s definitely an inspiration to me as well as to others!
Location	I am in Gretna,Fl. and my community is small geographically but we are a community with loving people.
What would you like people to know about your community?	I would like people to know that although my community is small we have a lot of caring and exciting people who have a lot of potential to become top notch.

Some of the factors that have been challenging for me have been...	Maintaining a healthy diet has been a challenge for me but I consider myself as a healthy eater.
It's important for me to be part of my community's health because...	I know the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and eating healthy and exercising regularly.
Some of the strength of my community health factors are:	My community is well-grounded in citizens involvement as it relates to its history. I’m proud to be a part of my community because of it’s rich history.
Some of the challenges in my community regarding certain health factors are:	Non-awareness of the importance of knowing how to administer CPR and other life saving techniques.
I believe I can help improve my community's health by...	Learning and participating in the new technology that is being offered through different platforms such as social media and health awareness programs.

Advancing the DREAM - What it means to me	The dream of Dr.King as it relates to health care for minorities is one that is of extreme importance to me because I believe everyone should have equal opportunity to all health care options that should be available for all regardless of race,creed, nationality, gender or any other biases.
My Action Pledge to Advance the DREAM?	I would love to be a part of a healthy care system or program that would benefit my community in projecting ways to enhance the knowledge of our citizens of the importance of understanding and living healthy lives.
