Bio and Background

Hello! I am a graduate student at the University of Michigan looking to go into healthcare consulting. I am also on the women’s gymnastics team. I received my undergraduate degree in Health and Human Biology on the pre-med track at Brown University, where I also did gymnastics! I recently tore my acl (again) and will be getting surgery, so I’m looking forward to using this application to help me maintain my health and wellness during recovery–both physical and mental–and keep me connected with the athletic community.

Why I am a Force for Health® Member...

As an athlete, health and wellness has always been an integral part in my life, even when I did not know it. I feel very fortunate to get the opportunities to train in first-class facilities with exceptional trainers, nutritionists, and other staff, and I believe others, whether they identify as an athlete or not, deserve to have a place in a similar community.

How I use the Force for Health Network Tools
  • to receive support with injury recovery
  • mental health as an athlete
  • learn more about my body, better understand my physical therapy
  • take a deeper dive into health equity; what I can do in my position to mitigate inequalities
My inspiration

My mom inspires me. She has sacrificed everything to allow me to pursuit my dream as a gymnast, and has supported me through thick and thin. I owe all my success to her.
