Advancing the DREAM - What it means to me	Respect your patients treat others the way you want to be teated, show respectful tone , body language and matter so that the patients feels welcomed and feels comfortable we don’t want to make the patient uncomfortable at all. I feel like no matter your race, ethics or your sexuality is that you shouldn’t treat the patients differently from others.
My Action Pledge to Advance the DREAM?	Be respectful show that they are wanted that they have value and meaning. Communication is key always ! Show them no matter what they are loved and cared for and thought about!

Bio and Background	Hello my name is Adrianna, Im a current student to become a MA my dream career is to work in pediatrics or working with sick children. What inspired me to work with children is my own children and my niece who has a heart condition which requires her to do open heart surgery during her childhood .
Why I am a Force for Health Member	Why I wanted to join is for me to get more hands on materials and learn more about our blood cells and how everyone has different blood cells and counts and it actually amazes me how much our blood is imported when doing lab !
How I use the Force for Health Network Tools	How I can use Force for Health network tools to make my life easier is looking at the material , rereading the material as much as possible to help me make sure I am ready for the outside world and making sure i know the tools as a phlebotomy worker.
My inspiration	Who inspired me are my children mostly , because they help me grow into a better inspiration person who I wanted to be and I honestly can’t thank my children enough for pushing me more and more everyday even though they don’t realize it they will one day .
