Welcome to My Fit Family FORCE community, built for moms, dads, teens and seniors who are interested in playing together as a TEAM in the upcoming Reality Health Games, which will kick off this fall.
We will be supporting this group with a 10 part Summer Learning Series called My FIT Family FORCE Power Hour LIVE on Facebook starting July 7 on Thursdays, 4:00pm – 5:00 pm PDT/7:00 – 8:00 pm EDT.
Remember this is a FREE community to join and will be moderated, so a couple quick ground rules:
- This is not a place to advertise. Please do not post about your business, but this is a place to connect, so upload your profile pics and complete your profile so that members can lean more about you and connect if interested in doing so.
- This is a place to connect with other likeminded people and learn together to help everybody prepare their own family and member group teams.
- We want to hear about challenges and highlights and any questions you may have along the way.
- Please be respectful ALWAYS. This is a positive space and we do reserve the right to ban anybody who does not comply.
