Today, on April 11, we used the Force for Health Virtual Gym. We were tracking our steps and doing some stretching. During the stretching, my friend showed me a new move called the Human bridge.In this move, a person bends their body upside down, like a bridge. It looked hard, but it was fun to try. I learned something new, and it made the stretching time more fun and interesting. It was very cool!
