On April 10, 2025, I explored the F4H Virtual Gym application as part of my personal wellness routine. Despite the chilly 2°C weather, I tested the app’s functionality by tracking my steps while immersing myself in the local Canadian culture. As an international student from India, this experience allowed me to engage with both technology and my new environment in a meaningful and enjoyable way.
