ok, anyone reading this, it’s time to push away and Live It! By moving for a few minutes and you get your mind and body ready for the next challenges of your day. Today I did a walk despite the cold. I did it outside today instead in the box store or gym. Our Virtual Wellness Club app mapped it for me as i did repeated loops.

@Coach_Lucy at my 2.2 miles per hour average rare and normal stride I am walking about 1000 steps every 110 minutes . Thanks for asking. It’s slow but steady
