      I AM ON DAY 23 OF A STREAK OF TWO SESSIONS OF 30 MINUTES EACH, PUSHING MY WALKER IN CIRCLES AROUND MY PARKING LOT. It started last month after my surgeon gave me permission to walk more. The steps goal is only 3000 steps but I am hitting them daily. It is more about creating a habit. What healthy habits are you working on? Check out a screen shot of my calendar so far this month.
