      Exercise is a great way to destress and get outside! I had a lot of fun getting out and taking a little jog outside! I used our virtual gym to track everything!

      • Way to push back from your computer work and studies and get out to be a force for your own health.  I challenge Lucy to walk the talk this weekend sometime and test how the map my walk function works on beautiful Tucson.
