I am Bridhi Choudhary. I am unable to log in to the Force for Health virtual app. I have tried multiple times for a few days but am still unable. I tried forgetting my password, but I never got the email to reset it. Please help me resolve the issue so I can engage. Thank you

Hi Bridhi, sorry for delayed response. Office has been closed for Thanksgiving. Which app are you talking about? The 360 Force for Health Academy, which is the one that goes with this website, or the Force for Health Virtual Gym?

If it’s this one, then the fact that you logged in here, means that you do have the proper credentials because they are the same that you used to log in here.

Hi Bridhi – I just checked our Virtual Gym and your account still hadn’t been activated, which is why you were having issues, assuming your log in issue was with the Force for Health Virtual Gym App. I have manually activated you now, so you should be able to log in with your email and temp password of 123456! Please let me know if this helps.
