Telita Crosland thanks Honorable Ashish Vazirani for his tremendous work in support of the Military Health System. “Mr. Vazirani has been an incredible advocate and leader who has used his position for the good of the Military Health System … the fact that you chose to serve in this critical time in this country is much appreciated,” she said. Vazirani, performing the duties of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness since Sept. 8, 2023, visited the Defense Health Headquarters in Falls Church, Virginia, on Jan. 14, 2025, as he ended his tenure with the Department of Defense.
