Take time for yourself to recover from the stress you’ve been under.

Don’t jump into anything new too soon, your body and mind need time to get back to one hundred percent. 

It doesn’t need to be overcoming a catastrophic injury, saving a life, or winning a Special Olympics event. All challenges are stressful, even the small ones. All successes, no matter the size, help you tackle the next challenge.
