Health Literacy Logistics: Assessment & Challenge – The Force for Health® Network

This is a basic introduction to the core knowledge a person should have as they learn how and when to seek medical attention, access and pay for care, and engage with their provider. This is especially important for teens in transition to adulthood and managing their own health and health care logistics.

Learners: Anyone that needs to interact with the healthcare system.

Outcome: The learner will review and understand 20 key elements for managing the logistics of their care and will complete a personal My Health Logistics reference guide for their care.
