Course Description:

This course, guided by Dr. Rob, takes you on a journey through the Learn it, Live it, Share it philosophy—a framework for improving personal, relational, and community health. As a Force for Health Ambassador, you’ll explore how to take responsibility for your health, lead others in health initiatives, and contribute to creating a healthier community.

With the Force for Health tools and the Reality Health Games, everything you do—whether it’s for yourself or others—earns you points, badges, and rewards. You’ll also have access to an affiliate link, allowing you to raise funds that can support personal growth, your organization, or community health initiatives.

This course challenges you to see your health journey as part of a larger mission to improve population health, helping you become a leader in the movement to address social determinants of health. This is not fantasy football—this is Reality Health—where your actions make a real difference in your life and the lives of those around you.

Learning Objectives: The Learner will see how and why they should make a difference in the world as an Ambassador and understand that the resources in Force for Health and beyond are available to them as individuals and teams for local and global impact.
