Why take a Health Risk Assessment?

Over half the deaths before age 65 can now be attributed to decisions you are making. Disparities in resources, access, and knowledge are factors that are especially important in high risk populations. It is crucial that we change what we can control and help ourselves and also help others.

This will take about 8-10 minutes to complete and is available in English and Spanish. This is a tool we offer in partnership with Global Health Metrics, so you will need to create a separate account there. We highly suggest using the same email and password you have for the Academy, to keep things simple, but remember, if you change your password in either the Academy or the HRA, it does NOT change the password to the other platform. Once you’ve created your account, you will be able to find the link to this in your Ambassador Tool section in the right side panel.
