The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has updated its Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders (SUD) content on www.medicare.gov. The content updates are part of the CMS broader Behavior Health Strategy and will make it easier for users to access mental health and substance use disorder information. The CMS Behavioral Health Strategy translates our goals into a framework focused on outcomes and focuses on three key areas:
