April Fools Day from Dr. Rob
Hey team, it’s Dr. Rob here with your April 1st.
This is a reminder of how today is all about jokes. April Fool’s Day, right? Jokes, laugh, harmless pranks.
There’s one thing that is never foolish. Taking charge of your own future. You can hear someone say, you can’t really control your health. Finance. It’s too complicated. Grades, they don’t matter civics, who cares? Nothing changes anyways. Well, guess what? That’s the real joke.
Those statements are the joke. And I’m not laughing. Understanding your health means knowing how your body works, what it needs, and how to prevent disease before it starts. Learning how academics opens doors, gives you the power to choose your path, not just someone else’s. Knowing your financial literacy puts you in the driver receipt so you can earn, save, invest, and build for your future. Recap the benefits later. And yes, being active in your community and civics gives you a choice that matters.
You can shape the world around you. April Fool’s Day is for jokes, but your future isn’t one of them. So today, go ahead and laugh with your friends. Pull a harmless prank.
Enjoy the moment, but then do one small thing that moves you forward. Drink more water. Learn more about your body. Finish that assignment. Open that savings account and learn how to register to vote because the only fool is the one who waits for someone else to do it all for them.
Be a force for health. Learn it, live it, share it. I’m Dr. Robert, the Force for Health.
Thank you and have a great day and a great month.
